We haven't built any since plants here since the early '80s. To me, the sensible thing has been to figure out how to gradually replace the ones that are now in operation.<br /><br />Coal hasn't been a good option, either, and I don't see it getting any better.<br /><br />Looks like it's down to oil, alternative energy, and conservation.
