The wheels of the bus

In the news today Mr. Paul Wolfowitz was tossed under the Bush-Rove bus as a sacrifice to the political gods. But these angry heathen gods were not easily appeased; next on the bill of fair was
Deputy Attorney General Paul McNulty. Seems that McNulty was the culprit in the attorneys firings. At least that’s is what George W Bush’s bestest-friend-in-the-whole-wide-world Attorney General Alberto Gonzales claimed. Good thing that not much phases our commander guy in chief, it has got to be a very bumpy ride on GW Bush express these days.

Of course Bush has his bubble to cushion the ride and a bright and shiny new war czar to protect him from the vicissitudes of Iraq. And when the surge collapses like a house of cards General Lute can play a plaintive song as he comes up close and personal with the tires of W’s greyhound.
