US courts strike against the Commander Guy

The Bush Jusitce Department, ponder that oxymoron for a few seconds, lost in court again.  Bit by bit the rule of law is returning to the repblic. It would be nice if Congress would do more of the heavy lifting by taking out Bush Mafiosi Big Al Gonzalez but no such luck.
