A Trifecta of Incompetenece

Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan, three separate nations, three vital and strategic nations, three abject foreign policy failures of the Bush Administration. Can we somehow survive another year of Bush's leadership? Iowa starts the year long process of replacing the Commander guy-our politics are now frozen. We will suffer a year of drift and status quo leadership. The opposition party will be consumed by Presidential Politics, the GOP will be tying to find its new brown-shirted hero. Meanwhile at the Crawford Ranch our dim-bulb-Manichean president will find new and better ways to degrade our security by pursuing his idiot-idea of the "war on terror."
