The End Of An Era

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Joe Paterno’s tenure as the coach of the Penn State football team will soon be over, perhaps within days or weeks, in the wake of a sexual abuse scandal that has implicated university officials, according to two people briefed on conversations among the university’s top officials.

I seriously doubt this is the send off Joe Paterno was expecting. After forty-six seasons, the college coach with the best win record ever will be round-filed. He will become the casualty of his Defensive coach's sexual perversions. It did not have to end this way. Paterno was warned about Mr. Sandusky's activities and did nothing about the allegations. A sad end.
