One more from the BBC website. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/6619235.stm Seems that an honest to god crook is running for office in India. Seema Parihar is running for the lower house of the Indian Parliament. Ms Parihar is facing 29 counts of kidnapping and murder in India. Looks like she has been rather busy. In the USA we don’t find out about our politicians criminal leanings until after the election. Maybe the Indians have a really strict “truth in advertising” law.
